THE BREAKING OF SILENCE

This prophetic word was given at the NZ Council of Prophets gathering and Behold Conference in Christchurch, March 2026.

Part One: The Vision

In the early hours of the morning, I was taken into a vision.

I found myself standing in a rural landscape that was not of this present time. It carried the atmosphere of an earlier era, like the 1600’s or 1700’s. It was a frontier land, undeveloped and raw, carrying the feeling of foundational work. As I looked ahead, I saw a large barn-like structure, and I felt drawn toward it.

As I approached, I could hear tools clanging – metal striking metal. It was the sound of intentional work taking place. As I came closer and entered inside, I saw something entirely different.

I saw a large furnace glowing brilliant yellow, a dazzling white-hot ember. Bellows, large leather bags, were pumping air so the fire would roar, and sparks were flying as the air was forced in. A crucible was placed in the centre filled with molten gold and metal. The fire beneath it was intense, and refiners were carefully tending the process. They were working with precision and attention.

As I stepped closer, I realised that the refiners could not see me. Yet I knew I was meant to be there.

I felt the presence of God with me, urging me forward.

The heat of the fire was strong, yet it did not burn me.Then I heard the Spirit of the Lord say to me: “Look closer.”

My face was close to the crucible and as I leaned in, the refiners began gently removing the dross from the surface of the molten gold. They were carefully skimming away the glass-like impurities that had risen to the top.

Again, I heard Holy Spirit say: “Look deeper, closer”

As I looked more closely into the dross itself, I saw something unexpected. I saw tiny words embedded within the impurities.

And the words were repeated, over, and over, again:

SILENCE

SILENCE

SILENCE

SILENCE

And then the vision ended.

Part Two: The Word of the Lord

“The Breaking of SILENCE”

New Zealand, I have brought you into My refining fire. For you are My gold, and I am purifying you according to Heaven’s process. For I am the Refiner, and I do not leave the fire unattended. I have watched over you. I have governed the heat and have not abandoned you in the fire for the fire was never sent to destroy you. The fire was sent to reveal you. For as the gold enters the crucible, the impurities rise to the surface.

And I say to you: I am removing the impurities, the false beliefs, fear, pride, wounds, and attachments that formed in seasons of survival. But there is one impurity that has risen above the rest.

And that impurity is:

SILENCE

For I have seen behind the walls, the times you have held back from speaking truth where truth needed to be spoken. I have seen how your silence has been -

SILENCE born of fear.

SILENCE born of preservation.

SILENCE born of wounding.

SILENCE born of appeasement.

SILENCE born of the fear of man.

And I say to you now:

Enough of SILENCE!

For I have seen My people fall into SILENCE when truth was being distorted. I am restoring a Holy silence and exposing false silence. For there is a silence that honours Me and there has been silence that concealed wounds. For My people will no longer use unsanctified silence to conceal that which is delaying wholeness, healing and freedom.

I have seen My people fall into SILENCE when pain remained hidden behind the walls of My house and within their homes.

I have seen My people fall into SILENCE to preserve relationships and protect themselves from rejection.

But I say to you:

SILENCE born of fear is not love.

For I am a God of truth. Truth in love. And truth cannot be restored where SILENCE has been protecting what is hidden. What has been held beneath silence will rise, not for exposure unto shame, but for exposure into healing and maturity. I desire truth in the inward parts, and I am bringing alignment between the inner life and the outward life.

This alignment will bring wholeness and freedom.

My beautiful ones, do not misunderstand this hour, for what you are witnessing across the Body of Christ throughout the earth is part of Heaven’s process.

There is much exposure taking place and this exposure is not the triumph of darkness, it is the result of My light increasing.

For where there has been SILENCE, darkness has remained hidden.

Where there has been SILENCE, wounds have remained covered. The enemy has bound the mouths of My people through fear and preservation, convincing them that SILENCE was protection and righteous.

But I declare to you now:

SILENCE has delayed healing, concealed wounding, prevented restoration.

Enough!

This is Heaven’s process of purification. For what is revealed in My light can be healed and restored. What is revealed in My light can be purified.

For I am removing religious restraints that have hung around the neck of My Body like heavy weights. Restraints formed through fear. Restraints formed through control. I am lifting those restraints now. For I am restoring your true identity. The identity you covered to preserve acceptance. The identity you covered to avoid disruption and remain safe.

You were never created to live in SILENCE. You were created to carry My voice.

Women

And I say to the women of New Zealand:

Arise! For I have given you, my authority. I am restoring your voice. Where fear restrained you, and preservation silenced you, I am restoring your courage and authority to speak. Not to destroy, but to build, and not to wound, but to restore.

For I am raising up women in this nation as purified voices. These voices will carry my heart and expose darkness and declare truth throughout this land. Not from accusation or woundedness, but from alignment and purification.

This is the hour of identity restoration.

Trust my process, for you are My gold and I am your Refiner.
