PROPHETIC WORDS

PREPARE MY HOUSE

by Adele Keefe

This prophetic word was given at the NZ Council of Prophets gathering in Christchurch, March 2023.

I heard this in the Spirit: "Kia rite, kia rite, kia mau!" (Get ready, get ready, in order!)

This is a command that a Māori warrior would release/call to prepare the men for the haka. (war dance) before war. I heard the ground shake and feet stomping, like warring angels had broken out in haka over the land.

Unity

I am reminded of the trumpet vision the Lord gave me in 2019 about the 5 fold ministry, the body of Christ being in unity, in alignment and in our correct positions. (order)

“For if the trumpet gives an uncertain sound, who shall prepare himself to the battle?” (1 Cor 14:8).

When a trumpet’s valves are out of alignment the trumpet sound is muffled. When the valves are in alignment with each other and oiled (Holy Spirit) then the trumpet sound is clear.

He has called us to unite, to be one body, one heart and one voice (His), to stand as an army for His purposes for this nation. In the hour we are in, consider cyclone Gabrielle. There will be more of these disasters and famines in the coming days. As a body we must be prepared with Kingdom strategies, and also to stand united, in every way, to serve our nation.

The word the Lord gave me personally for 2023 is "PREPARE MY HOUSE" and to live from a place of repentance. However it’s also a now word for the Body of Christ.

Preparation

The Lord is preparing us individually first, and then collectively. He is preparing our houses as individuals and as a body, preparing the soil, realigning our minds, our hearts, and our entire being – both physically and spiritually.

“First I’m preparing you (Personally). Then I’m preparing my house/body (collectively). I am AWAKENING the nation of Aotearoa. Get ready, get ready, in order!”

Repentance comes after confession, and then Revival comes after repentance. It starts with us and begins in our own hearts being addressed in the secret place with our Papa.

“Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me, and know my thoughts; And see if there is any wicked way in me, And lead me in the way everlasting” (Psa 139:23-24).

“Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me” (Psa 51:10).

Cleaning House

The Lord is cleaning us up – His living stones. His temple – as individuals and as a collective, because He’s preparing a HOLY NATION and a royal priesthood (1 Pet 2:9).  He’s shown me that His Church will get messy before it gets clean, but it’s all a part of a true and deep clean out. Our hearts will be exposed and revealed. There will be a detox period, coming down from the hype that has been chosen over the fire of God, and the hyper grace that has been chosen over the fear of the Lord. He has more for His children, and is having a major clean out, removing the old things we can’t take with us in this next season – not to take from us, but to make room for the new and for more of Him. He wants to give us more. He has so much more for us.

The Fear of the Lord

The fear of the Lord must reign in this hour! I sense that in this hour the fear of man is fleeing from God’s people because the fear of the Lord is present!  I see tongues of fire releasing the fire of God over the nation, bringing conviction, deliverance and healing.

Heart Posture

He is calling us to get low. He wants to open the eyes of our hearts. We must keep our eyes fixed on the Lord and keep our hearts centred in Him. We must ‘prepare ye the way’ of our hearts and make straight paths for Him, like the 5 Wise Virgins waiting for the bridegroom. They had the oil of intimacy, righteousness and obedience. This is the oil of preparedness that cannot be shared (Matt 25:1-13).

“Seek first the Kingdom of God and HIS righteousness and all these will be added to you” (Matt 6:33).

Watchfulness

Firstly He’s calling us to be watchful for His coming.

“We also must be ready, in every way, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour we do not expect” (Luke 12:35-40).

Also to be watchmen over our houses personally, and our nation, guarding our gates and cleaning up what we have allowed to enter, and also to guard the harvest.

Te Ārai o te Kāhu. (The foreseeing eye of the Blackhawk)  The kāhu represent the watchmen of the land. I saw some sitting on the top of the upoko of a wharenui. The upoko represent the head of the body of our tūpuna. Whenever i see a Wharenui, Papa is speaking to me about the body of Christ. So the upoko/head represents Jesus. These Hawks were close to the head, but yet they were silent and not really watching like they should. Their heads were down and not up in an alert stance – in a “Kia rite stance.”

This is a word to the appointed watchmen on the walls and the gatekeepers of Aotearoa today to awake! You have a responsibility. Do not slumber, keep watch! We are not just a bride in need of consecration, but an army needing to be battle ready, in an alert stance, in a Kia rite stance, and in order. We must be looking out for what is entering our nation and acting accordingly. If a threat appears we must sound a warning, close the gates, and prepare for battle. (In prayer)

Awakening Aotearoa

The Lord is awakening our nation. It is high time to awaken out of sleep. Aotearoa, the land of the Long white glorious cloud, the first to see the sun, and the ends of the earth.

The Lord is calling this nation, every generation! Let’s call in the harvest and call in the labourers and do the mahi (Work) while it is still day. We are not spectators. We must partner with Papa and pick up the baton and run our part of the race. The Lord is calling us to prepare for His coming, yes, but He’s also calling us to prepare for revival and wake a nation!

We know things must come to pass – rumours of wars, famine, natural disasters etc – but the end is not yet. The Lord has shared this in His Word and through the prophets, not so we can be alarmed, but so that we can prepare ourselves, prepare His house, and prepare our nation.

“And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, (From the ends of the earth) and then the end will come” (Matt 24:6-14).

Prepare ye the way of the Lord. Prepare ye the way of our hearts, make straight paths for Him. Look up Aotearoa, for your redemption draws near!
