A TIME OF SUDDENLY

This prophetic word was shared at the NZ Council of Prophets gathering in Christchurch, March 2026.

1. We are entering a time of suddenly

Sudden releases of giftings, and callings to new stations, new appointments, spiritual and Biblical growth, and fresh anointings are coming to land, and they are coming fast. It will mean rapid change, and for some it will be like a hit to the chest! The change will be quite dramatic. Keep watch for these ones in your congregations, and we will also see the exposure of fraudulent ministries.

2. There will be a changing of the guard

At the upper levels in prophetic circles, there will be executive shifts, executive changes, to allow new appointments to come in.

The former stewards, leaders, Prophets of Wisdom, and Apostles of grace and fire, who have stewarded the former seasons, will now make a way for the next generation to rise, and these former high-place leaders will be given the grace to father and mother these new ones into their positions.

3. We must go where He is leading

Josh 17:17-18, “You are a great people and have great power, you shall not only have one lot, but the hill country shall be yours, you shall drive out the caninities…..”

This is the call to go beyond the familiar, the usual, the status quo; this will take you to the place He has for you. It is time to take the key steps He is calling you to take.

People often choose to move only when others moved, but we don’t move because a person moves, we move because He is calling us to go beyond our usual defensive positions to offensive action. Action means taking new steps and renewed steps, to take position and fresh station, and to move with Him in this. It is a time of crossing into fresh land and doing the work He calls, a setting of things spoken into real actions.

4. Deliverance rising

This is the year where we will see more deliverance operating in the Church, demons being cast out and demonic strongholds cast down as the Prophets are being called to their deliverance stations.

New deliverance styles and anointings are being released, and the Apostles and Prophets will be the catalyst for this reintroduction to the Church. This anointing will emerge first in moments, but become more fully established as new ministries rise.

NOW it is time to seek and appoint your teachers for the operation of their gifts – setting them in place in a Kingdom way, for the body's wholeness and freedom – otherwise wayward men and women with no accountability will step up and build for themselves a new ministry.

5. Prophets of hope emerging in 2026

This is a time of new fruit appearing. This is a Rom 4:17 time, of “…….—God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did.”

The Lord is saying, “I will speak life into My people again, It is time for the Prophets to speak life into dead things, to revive a tired people, and for the healing of pain from the former season, to see a people restored.” The world will continue on in its turmoil, but God's people will rise up in the midst of these worldly thunderings.

Old confusions will now make way for new conclusions. God’s voice will be heard.

John 8:31, “…you shall know the truth and the truth will set you free.”

6. Listen across the 5 fold

As Apostles, Prophets and seers, we can often get wound up in the future – thinking about what’s coming, wondering where God is in the midst of the world and its tumults.

But we must not forget the basic tenets of our faith…

• Worship

• Deep Bible reading

• Building loving relationships with one another

• Being a light to all the world.

We must also therefore be listening carefully to the others in the 5-fold – the Pastors, the Teachers, the Evangelists – for God’s word is going to emanate from these ones this year in ways the Apostles and Prophets alone may miss.

The full 5-fold voice is to be heard to keep the body in right standing.
