PROPHETIC WORDS
A SEASON OF REPOSITIONING

This prophetic word was given at the NZ Council of Prophets gathering in Christchurch, March 2023.
We are in a season of repositioning – new locations, vocations, and positions. God is calling His people to realign themselves with His purposes. This will result in new alliances, new strategies, new initiatives. It will mean significant changes, and while this could be unsettling and somewhat unexpected, God has already prepared the hearts of His children to not hold too tightly to the things of this world. This is a time of a changing of the guards, as we see others emerging, prepared and ready for the task at hand. We will see a time of cross pollination amongst churches, with brothers working alongside brothers from other churches and denominations. No longer will there be a focus on people's differences, but a focus on family, love and connection, and on working together as God's children.
God has placed a new vision on people's hearts. The focus being one God, one love, one church. Gone will be the days of “my ministry and my church”. God is building His church (and the gates of hell will not prevail.) Unity will be key in this season, and those with a true heart for unity will see God's blessing and favour poured out. God says that you will know them by their great love for others, and by the fruit of their lives.
God is restoring families and relationships, returning the hearts of the fathers towards the children, and the hearts of the children to the fathers. There will be an increase of spiritual fathers that God will use to model His heart, His nature and His character. God is bringing healing to the broken hearted in our land , the spiritual orphans, the abandoned, and the mistreated.
This will see a return of the prodigals who have been searching out truth, love and peace. They will be drawn back to God by witnessing an authentic church that knows what it is to be sons and daughters of God. They will carry God's presence without prejudice to the world around them.
God is seeking worshipers who will worship in spirit and truth. These ones will carry the fire of God, a passion for His presence, a heart for people, and will see God move in mighty ways. Revival begins within us – it is time to fan the flame!
