PROPHETIC WORDS

A NEW KAIROS MOMENT

This prophetic word was given at the NZ Council of Prophets gathering and Behold Conference in Christchurch, March 2026.

We have entered a new kairos moment…an appointed time, and how we navigate the final years of this decade will prepare and position the body of Christ to function as both a light house and an arc in the turbulent times to come.  

The shaking will not cease; it will increase. Global uncertainty, economic pressure, an array of voices, wars and rumours of wars will cause fear and confusion.

I watched as many people ran to escape the turmoil that was chasing them like a storm. They ran past those ploughing the field towards a great rock, which was Jesus, the unchangeable, unbreakable rock of ages.  

I then saw many enter a huge ship, like an ark. As the turbulence and uncertainty increased on the earth, those in the ark remained safe and rose with the waters. 

I heard the phrase: “As in the days of Noah,” and was reminded of God's great rescue plan. He is both our rock AND our refuge. 

Within the Ark are provisions and resources to sustain people through times of scarcity and lack. When fear and chaos abound, the arc provides peace and clarity. There is an invitation to deepen in our revelation of what it is to be in Christ.  

This is a call to mature and a call to deeper intimacy. 

I saw the arms of the clock spinning forward as though time was rapidly accelerating. Things will happen quickly. Get ready! Get ready! Get ready!  Get your house in order.  Get your heart in order. Leave the childish ways and mature. 

For we are not only entering a time of global instability, but a time of great GLORY that will cover the earth.

Hab 2:14 – “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.”

Harvest

Right now the Great Commission is the main thing! There is a window of opportunity. A generation that has been raised under secular humanism has grown discontent and is searching for fulfilment in the very thing that was forbidden in schools and households.  Truth is being shouted on the rooftops. Social media platforms are opening up a world to the transformative power and love of Jesus Christ.

With so much bad news surrounding the nations, now is the time for many to receive and respond to the good news!

There is a hunger and thirst for righteousness by people who have never known the church.  This will cause a huge shift in church culture.  As the unchurched find Jesus, the need for homes to open up and become families for those who come into the family of God will increase. This is why we must mature, so that we can function as fathers and mothers.

I saw the nation of New Zealand, and the ground was pulsing like it was ready to burst open. It contains many, many seeds of prayer and prophetic decree that have been released over hundreds of years. 

The time is approaching for the fulfilment of these words to bear fruit. 

I saw the hills and high places, and on each were signal fires. This represents companies of regional intercessors connected across our land.  As we take our rightful place and occupy the high places and airways as in the time of Moses, Miriam and Aaron who prayed on the mountain as Joshua fought the battle on the ground, what is happening at ground level will be determined by those who pray.  

We haven't seen anything yet.

John 4:35 – “Lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest.”

Sifting and Realignment

Right now, the body of Christ is being sifted on the threshing floor. It is the time of the tares and wheat. 

The scales have been recalibrated. The weighing of what was valuable and important were on inaccurate scales, and they are detestable to the Lord. No longer will these scales be tolerated! There is a weighing and a separation that is causing a clear distinction between man's ways and God's ways.  

Crooked paths are being made straight!

“Dishonest scales are detestable to the lord, but an accurate weight is his delight”  Proverbs 11:1.

The Spirit of God has been purifying the bride to make her virtuous once more. She is becoming a bride of intimacy and faithfulness. Mature and yet CHILD-LIKE. 

We are once again seeing Rom 1:16 on display, as it was in the 70s Jesus Revolution. “For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is power to salvation for all who believe, first the Jew and then the gentile.”

Expect to see a bold, fearless and public love for Jesus emerge within the body of Christ, led by the recent harvest.

This will make the religious and apathetic very uncomfortable as it challenges and confronts the idols in their own lives. A Pharisee spirit will try to contain this, but it will be uncontainable.

Purification and Tearing Down Idols

“Turn up the furnace!” As in the day of Shadrach, Meshak and Abednego, the body of Christ is being tested in the fire. The increased heat is for the refining of the bride. To make her pure like gold. This will prepare her to carry the glory that God longs to release in our day.

Many right now are inviting the purging of the Lord in order to do away with all that has seeped into the Western church and weakened it.  

There is a generation who long for authenticity and raw truth. Shiny lights and eloquent words don't impress them. It is the love of the Father and the anointing that breaks the yoke of bondage that they seek. 

As the plumbline is hung, there is a return to holiness, a return to consecration motivated not out of duty, but love. 

Watch as a modern-day Nazarite move will emerge. The season has shifted, and those things that were tolerated in one season are no longer to be entertained.    

God is revealing a bride who will no longer bow to the idols that have seduced and deceived the masses. 

Platforms, positions, power and popularity fueled by pride are exposed for the cheap imitations they are. There is a stripping away and great undoing happening to what has been glorified and normalized in the name of Western Christianity.

There is a generation rising who has the mantle of Josiah on them. They are anointed and appointed to tear down idols and reestablish right worship.

Amos 7:7–8 – The Lord standing with a plumb line in His hand

Discernment

The greatest danger to the church in this season will not be apathy, but deception. The enemy will try to deceive God's people with the signs and wonders of Egypt. Beware of people who display power without peace, and operate in authority without humility. 

Christ is our standard. Christ is our measure. 

Expect to see people rise with a contrary gospel. Discernment is the gift required to develop and operate in this season in order to keep the flock safe.

Matt 24:24 – “False Christ’s and false prophets will arise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.”

Political Divide

The pendulum is swinging, and there is a ground swell that is ready to rally behind backbone leadership who stand boldly for truth and the New Zealand of old. Watch as the political parties divide and clearly define what they stand for. A zealous conservatism is on the rise, but beware it does not turn into a mob of judgement of self righteousness. The body of Christ must navigate this with wisdom, discernment and love. Without these things we risk misrepresenting Christ.

Beware of any prejudice that can seep in and pollute our hearts towards people.  Riots are always evidence of a spirit of chaos and anarchy that we must not give a foothold to in the season that is about to come upon us.

Phil 2:3–5 – “Do nothing out of selfish ambition… Have the mind of Christ.”

PRAYER POINTS

• Invite the Holy Spirit to search our hearts for anything that has been out of alignment

• Call the labourers to rise, be alert, and active

• Pray that the body of Christ embraces accurate scales

• Declare the mind of Christ, direct our decisions and actions
